Brazil ‘Palamina’
£7.25 – £24.00
Tasting Notes
A medium/full bodied coffee with lovely sweetness. Flavours of hazelnut, caramel and biscuit fill the mouth followed by a chocolatey aftertaste. Really smooth and delicious.

This coffee comes from a single farm in one of the best regions in Brazil for coffee growing. High up in the mountains of Serra Pau d’Alho at an altitude of 1,000-1,150m, it benefits from a mild climate and well-drained soil. There is a real focus on quality – all of the coffee is hand-picked and the family have invested in their processing facilities which include a modern wet mill. The cherries are then pre-dried in the sun before being transferred to mechanical driers.
