Colombia ‘El Boscua’
A clean cup with an initial sweetness of honeycomb and walnut followed by juicy fruit flavours of plum and redcurrant. Satisfyingly round with a crisp grapey finish.

This coffee comes from smallholder farms of less than 5 hectares in the Tequendama Valley region. Grown at altitudes of between 1,300m and 1,800m, the coffee is shade grown and the mountain water is used in the processing before being sun dried.
